Over the past few days, we have received several questions about the arrival dates for Trench Crusade and StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game products by Archon Studio.
We would therefore like to share a short update to clarify the situation as transparently as possible.
Why are there delays?
Both product lines have generated a very high level of interest. International demand has been strong, and Archon Studio is still working through and completing the fulfilment of orders.
For StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game, Archon has communicated that preorder fulfilment began at the end of May and that the process would take several weeks. Strong demand, including from retailers, has also led to a delay in the retail release.
For Trench Crusade, the situation is similar: production and distribution are progressing in waves, with timings that may vary depending on the product line, available batches and logistics.
When will they arrive at Kappa Shop?
According to the latest confirmation received from our distributor, delivery of Trench Crusade and StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game products should start from 30 July.
This is the date currently confirmed by the distributor, but we prefer to be clear: at this stage, it is not possible to guarantee 100% that the products will arrive exactly on that date. The situation depends on international distribution, logistics and processing times involving the different parties in the supply chain.
For this reason, we consider 30 July to be the first expected arrival window, but we will continue to monitor the situation and update customers as soon as we receive more precise information.
Are the orders confirmed?
Yes. The stock allocated to Kappa Shop has been reserved and will arrive.
The important point is this: these products have not been cancelled and are not unavailable. This is a logistics situation that is taking longer than initially expected. The orders are being handled, and we are following the situation step by step with our distributor.
Unfortunately, the final delivery timings do not depend directly on us, but we will do everything we can to ship or make the products available as soon as they arrive in store.
What should customers do?
If you have already ordered or reserved Trench Crusade or StarCraft: Tabletop Miniatures Game products, you do not need to do anything: your order remains valid and the stock is reserved.
If you were waiting for the products to arrive in store, we recommend keeping an eye on our website and updates. As soon as the products are physically available, we will update the stock status and proceed with shipments as quickly as possible.
