Right of withdrawal

Under Swiss law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day you physically received the product.

How to request a return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  1. Send an email to info@kappa-shop.ch with the subject "Return request — [order number]"
  2. Specify the product to return and the reason for the return
  3. You will receive shipping instructions within 1–2 business days
  4. Ship the product properly packaged to the address we will provide
  5. The refund will be issued within 7 business days of receiving the goods

Return conditions

To be accepted, the returned product must be:

  • In original condition, unused and undamaged
  • In its original packaging, intact and with all accessories included
  • Returned within 14 days of the withdrawal notification

Returns of opened, used or customer-damaged products are not accepted.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the product is defective or does not match the order, in which case we cover the return shipping costs.

Refund

The refund is made via the same payment method used for the purchase (credit card via Stripe, TWINT or IBAN bank transfer), within 7 business days of receiving and verifying the returned goods. Original shipping costs are not refunded, except in cases of defective products.

Defective or wrong products

If you received a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at info@kappa-shop.ch attaching a photo of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no cost to you.

Pre-orders

For products purchased as pre-orders, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund at any time before shipment. Once shipped, the standard return conditions apply.
