Shipping methods
We ship throughout Switzerland via Swiss Post. We offer two delivery options:
Post CH Economy
Delivery in 2–4 business days
Post CH Priority
Delivery in 1–2 business days
Free shipping
Shipping is free for all orders over CHF 120 (Economy).
Processing times
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment receipt. Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they are available — we will notify you by email.
Tracking & notifications
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your Swiss Post tracking number. Track your parcel on post.ch.
Delivery area
We currently ship exclusively to Switzerland (including Liechtenstein). For international shipments, please contact us by email.
Packaging
Miniatures and fragile materials are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive intact. We use appropriate protective materials for each product type.
