Kappa Shop Ticino is a specialist shop for gaming miniatures, paints and modelling materials, based in Via San Materno 8, 6616 Losone.

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTC) apply to all purchases made through the Kappa Shop Ticino website. By placing an order, the customer declares to have read, understood and fully accepted these GTC.

Kappa Shop Ticino sells exclusively to customers with a delivery address in Switzerland.

The sales contract is concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation by e-mail. The confirmation summarises the products purchased, prices, shipping costs and delivery address.

Kappa Shop Ticino reserves the right to cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, manifest pricing errors or inability to verify customer data, with a full refund of the amount paid.

All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include the applicable Swiss value-added tax (VAT). Shipping costs are shown separately at checkout.

Kappa Shop Ticino reserves the right to change prices at any time. The applicable price is the one in force at the time of order confirmation.

The following payment methods are accepted:

• Credit / debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) — via Stripe
• TWINT
• Bank transfer (IBAN) — order is shipped after payment is received

Payment is required in advance. Card data is managed exclusively by Stripe Inc. in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Kappa Shop Ticino does not store any payment data.

Shipments are made exclusively to addresses in Switzerland. Order processing time is generally 1–3 business days, except during peak periods.

Delivery times depend on the chosen carrier. Kappa Shop Ticino is not responsible for delays attributable to the courier or force majeure.

Shipping costs are shown at checkout. Free shipping thresholds, if any, are communicated on the website and may change over time.

Some products may be purchased as pre-orders. The estimated availability date shown on the product page is indicative and may change due to manufacturer delays.

In case of significant delay or cancellation by the manufacturer, the customer will be contacted and may choose to wait or receive a full refund.

Under Swiss law, the customer may return products within 14 days of receiving the order, provided they are intact, unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.

To initiate a return, contact info@kappa-shop.ch with the order number and reason for the return. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the same payment method used.

Excluded from the right of withdrawal are custom-made, personalised, unsealed or clearly used products.

Products sold are covered by the legal warranty provided under the Swiss Code of Obligations (CO). In the event of a conformity defect, the customer may request replacement, repair or a refund within the statutory deadlines.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications.

Kappa Shop Ticino accepts no liability for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of purchased products. Total liability shall not in any case exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Product images on the website are illustrative. Actual colours may vary slightly from digital representations.

All website content (texts, images, logos, graphics) is the property of Kappa Shop Ticino or their respective owners and is protected by Swiss copyright law. Any unauthorised reproduction or distribution is prohibited.

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or performance of these conditions, the competent jurisdiction is the Canton of Ticino, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer protection provisions.

Kappa Shop Ticino reserves the right to amend these GTC at any time. Amendments take effect upon their publication on the website. Orders already confirmed are governed by the GTC in force at the time of confirmation.
